Main Features :-

All contact parts SS 316/ SS 316L as per cGMP Standard.
Zero retention design.
Bump less rotation assured because of specially designed transmission chain sprocket.
To enhance the mixing, baMes are provided on central shaft.
Internal finish confirming 220grits to 320 grits, outside matte finish 180 grits.
Discharge output via Butterfly valve. (Pneumatic discharge can be provided).
Safety guards provided with limit switch interlaced to motor
which ensures safe operation.
VFD for Change the RPM of blender.
PLC With Touch Screen Colour HMI.
Charging drum arrangement with mechanical/ hydraulic trolley.
Safe earthing system.
